PM002 experienced no issues with weather or enemy aircraft until we passed north of Enschede. Me-110 snuck up on us from behind, but Houseman in the rear had the chap's number, notching up PM002's first claim. We got lit up by a searchlight just before the target, which was soon followed by a very persistant Me-109, which was not even satisfied with his second helping.
