DAILY PINT's first mission found us attacked by several enemy nightfighters enroute to our destinition. We returned safely, but with battle damage to both wing roots, port tailplane root, mid-upper guns and tail turret guns inoperable, Oxygen supply damaged, starboard elevator inoperable and navigation equiptment inoperable. (kudos to Sgt. Neville for guiding us home!)
No wounded or KIA.
